Refund policy

At Zenvix, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns:
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items such as personal care products, worn items, or damaged products due to misuse may not be eligible for return.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
